This natural-fiber fabric requires careful tensioning using tensioning systems. Like all our shade sails, the canvas has negative curves to ensure good tensioning.
Fabric: natural jute
Weight: 340g/m2
Warranty: 2 years
3,00 x 3,00 x 3,00m (3,35m2)
3,00 x 4,00m (10,20m2)
3,00 x 3,00m (7,55m2)
You'll need 4 hanging rings to secure the sail at the corners. The sail can also be attached to a pergola structure. Tensioning systems are required at each corner to ensure that the sail is correctly tensioned.
Be sure to allow for a 15% slope for rainwater drainage.
This shade sail is a summer product. We recommend storing it away during inclement weather.a
The fixing points must be continuous with the diagonals (or medians for the triangle) of the sail.
Allow a distance of 45cm at each corner in continuity with the diagonals, so that you can use the tensioning systems to obtain a perfectly flat sail. Our tensioning systems (standard or reinforced) are adjustable from 45 to 250cm.
Sail sides are curved inwards (3 to 5%). This ensures good tensioning of the sail without wrinkles.
The size of sails under tension can vary by up to -+/- 5% from a given alt aille due to the elasticity of the material, the manufacturing process and the tension exerted on the sail.
Here's a diagram illustrating the position of the tension axes on a shade sail according to its size:
