Delivery & Transport at Espace Ombrage
1. Delivery in mainland France, EU countries and Switzerland: We deliver all our products (sails, fixings and masts). Exception: Spanish island territories.
2. Delivery to DOM TOM, Spanish Island territories and non-EU countries (except UK): We deliver all our products except masts. Shipping costs will be indicated during the order process, according to your delivery address.
Shipping costs are calculated "at cost" according to your delivery address. Espace Ombrage does not apply any margin on shipping costs.
Shipping options
We offer 2 modes of transport to meet the specific needs of our shade sails while reducing transport costs.
1. For all products except adjustable poles, we offer delivery via DPD to a Pickup point or to your home (Predict).
If you choose the pick-up point: You will be notified by e-mail of the availability of your order and the opening days and times, as well as the pick-up location for your shade sail order.
Delivery time is 48/72 working hours.
2. For orders including 1 or more adjustable masts, we have selected a national and international courier service that will deliver your order to your home by appointment within 5 to 7 working days, Monday to Friday.
Special cases
1. For deliveries outside the EU (UK, Switzerland, ...),
- Products are sold VAT excluded on our site, and you will have to pay the VAT of the country of destination directly to the carrier at the time of delivery, as well as administrative costs (of the carrier) and customs clearance costs (of the country concerned).
- The shipping costs paid on the site at the time of order cover the entire shipment as well as customs clearance costs on the French side.
2. For deliveries to the Spanish Islands, transportation costs will be confirmed on a case-by-case basis after your order.
