Using a natural coconut fiber sail to shade and decorate your patio brings comfort and an aesthetic touch to your terrace.
The shade cloth to be attached to a coconut-fiber pergola screens light. Its mesh is very airy. Air and water pass through.
To choose the right pergola canva, it's important to take into account the particular features of your pergola structure. Our cocos can be adapted to any type of pergola structure, whether metal or wood.
- Do you have a pergola with intermediate crossbeams? You can select a simple pergola fabric to fit over the top of your structure and tie it around the perimeter using the ropes supplied. The simple pergola cover works on pergola structures with crossbeams spaced at 70 to 100cm maximum.
- Do you have a pergola that forms a frame, without intermediate crossbeams? Then you'll need to select our pergola fabric with reinforcement. Fasten each reinforcement cord to the structure. It's important to place the reinforcements correctly under the sail, to support the canvas.
Good to know:
- The weight of the canvas is 900g/m2. In the event of rain, wet canvas will double in weight. Be sure to use sturdy hangers to support the canvas.
- The color of the fiber will patina over time.
- Coco fiber shade is a summer canvas. Protect it from the elements in winter for greater durability.
- Our shades are manufactured in our workshop, in standard square or rectangular formats.
