How is the shade sail delivery organized ?
Can I be delivered outside of France ?
We deliver all our products (sails, fixtures, and poles) to Belgium, Switzerland, and Luxembourg, as well as the overseas departments and territories outside EEC.
The delivery fees coresponding to your shipping address will be indicated during the ordering process.
Attention: The taxes relative to the products and applicable to the destination country as well as the clearance charges will be charged as extras by the package transporter responsible for the merchandise.

Where and by whom are the products delivered ?
We have 2 transportation methods to adapt to the specificity of our shade sails and reduce delivery fees.
1. For all products except the adjustable poles we suggest delivery via DPD to a pick up and go location or to your home. If you opt for the pick up and go location: you will be notified by email when your order is ready of the opening days and pick up location. The delivery time is of 48/72 working hours.
2. For orders including at least one adjustable pole, we have selected FRANCE EXPRESS transport that will deliver your order to your home upon appointment in a time period of 5 to 7 working days, from Monday to Saturday included.
